Observation

Door stop in room was observed to be missing and only pieces of the hardware was present. CD players on shelves in some rooms were not secure. Black Soft barrier/border in room by window was observed to have chunks gone from it in several places and was peeled in others with visible sticky residue. Paint was observed in numerous rooms on walls was oberved to be chipped, chipping and chunks gone. Window sill in 1 room needed recaulking. One room was observed to have a chunk of wood gone from top of half door.
